Delivery & Carriers

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, Hi, Jack! Ranch is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered​

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
